For the better part of my life, I've seen the world through food, both personally and professionally. I started this blog to document the food I’m finding on my journey around the world. I’ve been very fortunate in my life to get to try some amazing food: food that has been shared with family and friends; food that has been made by the hands of some of the best Chef’s that I am lucky to call friends; food that I have made in my attempt to create tasty food for the people I know thanks to the wisdom shared from people who have taught me their rich culinary traditions and techniques.
